With a marriage and 4 children later,
my deepest love was found in motherhood.
Unfortunately, our marriage dissolved when our children were 1, 3, 5 & 6 years, but it was the trials and tribulations of single parenting (combined with that deep love) that taught me the most about
building distress tolerance and ultimately, resilience.
